SLOPESIDE LOCATION! This deluxe 4BR/4BA home is an upstairs unit in the Townhomes at 1849 Condos with a ton of upgrades! Three of the bedrooms are ensuite, each with a private full bathroom. This is the ONLY 1849 location with 4 bathrooms; with subway tile, granite countertops, and upgraded lighting, heaters and fans; they look and work great!

Downstairs are two bedrooms, one an ensuite with a tub; upstairs are two bedrooms, both ensuites. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs and upgraded LED lighting. With four bedrooms, soaring ceilings, and a spacious 1,600 square feet, this townhome style condo is a perfect layout for families. The condo has new appliances, flooring, and lighting; it feels fresh, warm and inviting throughout.

This an upstairs unit, perched on top of one of the tallest knobs in the Canyon area. Looking out the windows at Mammoth Mountain and forested ridges, you will be at treetop level and feel like you are in a treehouse. There are two oversized window benches, one in the dining room under the Village Gondola at treetop level, the other in the upstairs master bedroom looking at Lincoln Peak and the Eastern Sierra. Both are delightful to linger upon, particularly when weather flows down the canyon. The living room has a 55" HD Smart TV, comfortable and ample seating, oversized windows and views, and one of the rare open fireplaces in Mammoth. The kitchen is well laid out and stocked for cooking, with granite countertops and many add-ons to make it like home.
