Bob Tanner was Dave McCoy’s colleague and friend, who founded Bishop’s Mule Days, and was the original General Manager of 1849. Nestled into the Mammoth Mountain mountainside, 1849 offers spacious, fully furnished one to five-bedroom homes with rugged mountain peaks and tree-lined views. As an added benefit, all our homes are non-smoking and do not allow pets.
