Mammoth Lakes Bus System: Eastern Sierra Transit
Get around Mammoth Lakes with ease using the Eastern Sierra Transit bus service. Transportation schedules vary throughout the seasons, so make sure to check online for departure and arrival times during your visit.
- The free Town Trolley is available during the summer months, offering transportation around town from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The route includes stops at Eagle Lodge, the Community Rec Center, Old Mammoth Road, the Welcome Center, Main Street, The Village, and Canyon Lodge.
- If you are looking for transportation after 5:30 pm, the Evening Trolley operates the same route year-round until 10:30 pm.
- Seasonal transportation is available through Red Meadows Shuttle from mid-June to September. This shuttle takes you to some of the Eastern Sierra’s most breathtaking natural attractions, including Devils Postpile National Monument and Rainbow Falls.
- Travel to the Mammoth Lakes Basin for fishing, hiking, and boating, accessible via the free Lakes Basin Trolley available in the summertime.
